Upgrade Program:

       1.     1 point for every 200 points you have collected.

       2.     1 point one time for each Portland 500 Member Contacted (no dupes).

       3.     5 points when you complete your First Lap.
                  a. Requires 25ctx and your earned points are 100+.

       4.    10 points when you complete your Second lap.
                  a. Requires 50ctx and your earned points are 200+.

       5.    15 points when you complete your Third lap.
                  a. Requires 75ctx and your earned points are 300+.

       6.    20 points when you complete your Fourth lap.
                  a. Requires 100ctx and your earned points are 500+.

       7.    25 points when you complete your Fifth lap.
                  a. Requires 150ctx and your earned points are 750+.

       8.    30 points when you complete your Sixth lap.
                  a. Requires 250ctx and your earned points are 1000+.

       9.    40 points when you complete your Seventh lap.
                  a. Requires 100 Sixth laps collected.

      10.   50 points when you complete your Eighth lap.
                  a. Required 100 Seventh laps collected.

      11.   60 points when you complete your Ninth lap.
                  a. Requires 100 eighth laps collected.

      12.   70 points when you complete your Tenth lap.
                  a. Requires 100 Ninth laps collected.

      13.  All the above Lap seals collectable for one point each (no dupes).

 

 
Winner Circle Seal:
 
      1.    50 points when you enter the Winners Circle.
  1.  Requires 100 tenth laps collected.

      2.    Winner Circle  seals collectable at 1 point each (no dupes).

 
 

 
Work All States Seal:
 
      1.    50 points when you complete 1 contact in each state.
  1.  No duplicates

  2. Mobiles can be used

  3. Only one Wild Card - Portland 500 Member #500

      2.    WAS seals collectable at 1 point each (no dupes).

 

 

TN Traveler Seal:    

  1. TN  You attended the Tennessee 10-10 International Convention.
  2. TN Traveler  seals collectable at 1 point each (no dupes).
 

 

Mile Post (MP) Convention Seal:        

  1. MP - Portland 500 members who have attended any of the following 10-10 International Convention can receive a Mile Post (MP) seal.

    bulletOmaha convention
  2. MP Convention  seals collectable at 1 point each (no dupes).
 

Pit Crew Seal:      

  1. Pit Crew---Portland 500 members who reside outside the ground wave of the Portland Area can receive a Pit Crew number. You must meet with at least 2 local members for a eyeball QSO in Portland area (ground wave as defined by 10-10 International is anyone within 150 mile of the net control station).
  2. When you get your Pit Crew number you will also receive a 50 point upgrade for your effort of coming to Portland, OR and meeting with the local members.
  3. Pit Crew seals collectable at 20 point each (no dupes).

 

Ambassador (Lead Car) Points:

Portland 500 Chapter of 10-10 International --- LEAD CAR INFO:

Lead Car numbers.  When a member works a Lead Car  he/she is awarded 10 "on air" points.  There are over 200 Lead Cars.   Once a member has collected 1000 lead cars (or 10,000 points) he/she is awarded 5 "on air" points from that point on (rule modified by Dennis and Dave on 7-13-2005)

To claim lead cars (FOR ANY Portland 500 member):

A lead car may be claimed once each month.

Record the Lead Car #, Date of contact, Callsign of lead car, county where lead car was at time of contact. Submit to CM using one of the methods below.

To collect other members lead cars, you do not have to be mobile.

Club Stations:

The following are unique to Club Stations:

  1. Points and Seals are issued to a club station based on the clubs actual on-air activity.  It is anticipated that a Club Station can have more points and seals than the Trustee based on the number of operators.
  2. Lead Car Numbers are not issued to Club Stations .

 

 
Instant Qualifier:
  1. To be an IQ in the Portland 500 chapter, you must hold a Lap 4 seal.
  2. IQs - For each new member you sponsor you will receive 1 point.
